The answer is that we would not know for sure what would have happened since according to the book if they broke all the bricks at the same time they could pay what they owe immediately, or nothing would happen, or it would be the end of the universe.

ResponderEliminard) I completely agree with the asseveration of Dr Who. I compared this statement with what a salesman do, that most of the time they show the beautiful stuffs of the product but not focus on sharing the consequences, so they are not completely honest because what they care is to sell. Also, if you are going to earn an extra time but you have to pay back with your life time it's nothing worthy and I dare say, it is counterproductive.

ResponderEliminarI agree with Doctor Who. Sometimes borrowing time may seem great, but the problem is when you have to pay it back. It is very similar to what happens with borrowing money to a bank.
The scripture was a very useful evidence because it was the key to know that Vanessa was the mastermind behind the watches, the time debts, the sharks, everything! Such a good plot-twist.
